Bellflower, Los Angeles County
Bellflower became a city in 1957 and covers about six square miles between the San Gabriel River and Lakewood. A paved bike trail crosses town on the old trolley right-of-way, and the riverbed path along the eastern edge runs all the way to the ocean at Seal Beach. The 91 freeway cuts across the south side of the city.
